
Ingredients
- 1 ) 3 oz pkg Cream Cheese - softened
- 6 Tbsp butter, softened, divided
- 2 Tbsp minced chives
- 1/2 tsp lemon-pepper seasoning
- 1 1/2 C. finely chopped cooked Chicken
- 1 ) 4 oz can Mushrooms, chopped & drained
- 1 pkg (12 oz) wonton wrappers
- 2/3 C. crushed salad croutons
- Sweet n Sour Sauce - optional

Preparation
Step 1
In a small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, 2 Tbsp butter, chives & lemon pepper seasoning until blended. Stir in the chicken & mushrooms. Place a rounded tsp in the center of each wonton wrapper. Fold the bottom corner over filling; fold sides toward center. Moisten remaining corner w/ water; roll up tightly to seal. Melt remaining butter;brush over wontons. Coat w/croutons, freeze.
IF FROZEN: Place on greased baking sheet. Bake at 425` for 10 min, turn & bake 10 min longer.
