Amazing Mac 'n Cheese

Ingredients
- 2 C elbow macaroni
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 1/4 C flour
- 1 tsp salt
- pepper to taste
- 2 C milk
- 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese
- 8 oz Velveeta

Preparation
Step 1
1. combine flour,butter, salt and pepper over medium heat
2. slowly add in the milk
3. cook until thick and bubbly
4. add in sharp cheddar cheese and Velveeta
5. heat until well blended
6. pour the cheese mixture over cooked elbow macaroni in a baking dish
7. bake at 350° until bubbly and a bit crusty (about ½ hour)
