  • 2 ) 9 inch Pastry Shells
  • 2 C. Diced Fully Cooked Ham
  • 2 C. Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 tsp Dried Minced Onion
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 C. Half 'n' Half Cream
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Lined Unpricked pastry shells with a double layer of foil. Bake at 400` for 5 minutes, remove foil & bake 5 minutes longer. Divide Ham, cheese & onion between the shells. In a bowl, whisk the eggs, cream, salt & pepper. Pour into shells. Cover & freeze.

IF FROZEN: Thaw in fridge. Remove from fridge 30 minutes prior to baking. Bake with edges covered with foil at 400` for 35 to 40 minutes. Let stand for 5-10 minutes before cutting
