Grilled Snapper with Spicy Salsa

Ingredients
- 2 lb snapper
- cajun seasoning
- spicy salsa
- red, green & yellow peppers (diced)
- real hot peppers (diced)
- 2 cups tomatoes (diced & seeded)
- lime juice
- onion (diced)
- butter
- salt & pepper (to taste)
- hot sauce (few dashes)

Step 1
1. saute´ above ingredients in butter until peppers are tender
2. keep warm while you are grilling the snapper
3. coat your snapper with melted butter and a good cajun seasoning
4. cook snapper on a hot grill turning once
5. when done pour some of the warm salsa over snapper
6. serve over white rice, if desired
