Ingredients

  • 3 – 4 lb corned beef
  • 1 C orange juice
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 C brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp saucy susan (or any sweet and sour sauce)
  • 3 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tsp dry mustard

Preparation

Step 1

1. boil the corned beef for approximately 2 hours

2. remove whatever fat possible from the corned beef

3. mix all ingredients together very well and pour over corned beef

4. bake at 350° for ½ hour, covered

5. uncover and bake for 15 minutes
