Corned Beef

Ingredients
- 3 – 4 lb corned beef
- 1 C orange juice
- Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 C brown sugar
- 2 tbsp saucy susan (or any sweet and sour sauce)
- 3 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tsp dry mustard

Step 1
1. boil the corned beef for approximately 2 hours
2. remove whatever fat possible from the corned beef
3. mix all ingredients together very well and pour over corned beef
4. bake at 350° for ½ hour, covered
5. uncover and bake for 15 minutes
