Ingredients

- Soup:
- 3 cups plain yogurt
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 cups lamb stock or water
- 2-3 crushed garlic cloves
- 5-6 fresh or dried egg noodles, cut or broken into small pieces
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- cayenne
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp mint, chopped or crumbled
