Ingredients
- 2 lbs boneless beef short ribs
- 1/2 onion chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 t cinnamon
- 1/8 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Frank's Red Hot Original (this one doesn't have funky ingredients)
- sea salt and pepper to taste
- Cornstarch or other thickener to thicken sauce as desired
Preparation
Step 1
Put all ingredients into a crock pot on low and cook for 6-8 hours. Wait to add the cornstarch until there is about 30 minutes or so left in cooking to control the thickness of the sauce.
