- 3 Cups Flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 Cup Butter - softened
- 1.5 Cups Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 tsp Almond Extract
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 3 TBSP Sour Cream

Preparation
Step 1
Mix and sift flour & Salt. Cream Butter well; add sugar gradually & continue creaming until fluffy.
Add well beaten eggs and extracts, mix well.
Dissolve baking soda in the sour cream
Add sifted flour mixture alternately with cream mixture to the butter mixture. Chill for 2 hours or more in covered bowl.
Roll out to desired thickness
Bake at 400` for 5 to 7 minutes
