Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- 1/2 medium fennel bulb -- diced
- 1/2 red onion -- diced
- 2 cloves garlic -- minced
- 1 can crushed tomatos -- drained
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil in a large skillet, add nuts and cook over low heat for 1 to 2
minutes, stirring frequently. Add fennel, onion, garlic and cook until
soft and tender. Add tomatoes and seasoning. Simer for 5 minutes.
