Ingredients

  • 2 Lbs ground beef
  • 3 Tbs olive oil
  • 1 Tbs Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbs minced garlic (about 3 cloves)
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh thyme
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 oz cheese
  • 12 rolls
  • 3 small tomatoes, sliced

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare grill to medium heat

Place ground beef in a bowl and add olive oil, mustard, garlic and thyme.
With a fork gently mix together. Salt and pepper to taste

Form into 2 oz patties. Place burgers on grill and cook for 4 to 6 minutes on each side.
Top each burger with cheese for the last 2 minutes and close the lid to melt the cheese.
Let the burgers rest for 5 minutes

Place burgers on rolls and top with favorite burger toppings.
