Ingredients
- Cake --
- 1 package lemon cake mix
- 1 package lemon jello
- 4 medium Eggs
- 3/4 cup Water
- 3/4 cup Vegetable oil
- Glaze --
- 1/2 cup Lemon juice
- 2 cups confectioners sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Cake:
Combine cake mix, jello, water and oil and beat for three minutes.
Add eggs and beat for three more minutes.
Bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
Glaze:
Mix lemon juice and sugar. Pour over cake after poking holes all over the top of the cake with a fork. Put glaze on while cake is still warm.
