Ingredients
- 2 Cups apple cider
- 1/2 C. apple jelly
- 1/2 C. maple syrup
- 1/4 C. whole-grain mustard
- 1/2 tsp. allspice
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
Step 1
Boil cider over med-high heat until reduced to ½ C., about 8-10 minutes. Reduce heat to low and add remaining ingredients.
About 30 minutes before ham is done, cut slices into surface and pour glaze over ham.
