Meatballs

Ingredients
- 2 Pounds ground beef, can be chuck or sirloin
- 1 Pound ground pork
- 3 Cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 Onion diced fine
- 1 1/2 Cups breadcrumbs (3/4 cup per pound of meat)
- 4-5 eggs (usually 2 per pound of meat)
- 2 Teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 Tablespoon basil
- 1 Tablespoon parsley
- 4 Tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 Teaspoons salt
- 2 Teaspoons fresh ground pepper

Step 1
Roll into egg size balls and brown in olive oil, or bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until browned.
Add to sauce and simmer for at least
1-2 hours.
