How to freeze fresh peaches

Freezing Fresh Peaches

Ingredients

• Peaches
• 7 -up or other lemon-lime flavored drink

Preparation

Step 1

I simply peel the peaches and dip them in the 7-up so that they don't turn brown.
I place them on a cookie sheet and place the entire cookie sheet in the freezer til they are set (several hours).
Then I use a spatchula to remove the peaches from the cookie sheet and place in a zip lock freezer bag.
Freezing peaches in this manner means they do not stick together, making it easy to take out and use as many as you wish for recipes, etc.
