Ingredients
- 1 to 1 1/2 lb hamburger browned
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 bag hash browns, thawed
- onion diced
- 1 pkg bacon browned
- 1 pkg shredded cheddar cheese (2 c)
Preparation
Step 1
Layer 2 cups of hash browns on bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix hamb and cream of chicken soup together and layer 1/2 of the hamb mixture on top of the hash browns. Crumble half of the bacon on top of the hamb. Sprinkle half of the diced onion and cheese. Repeat layers of hash browns, hamb, bacon, onion and cheese. Bake covered 45 minutes in a 350 oven. Bake an additional 15 minutes uncovered.
