Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla or almond extract
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • Mix all these ingredients in a pot over medium heat. When it comes to a LOW boil – reduce heat and time it for a minute then add to oat mixture.
  • 3 Cups Rolled Oats
  • 1 Cup unsweetened medium Coconut
  • 6 Tbsp Cocoa
  • Mix all together in big bowl. Drop teaspoon size blobs on wax paper and let harden.
