Chocholate Macaroons

Ingredients
- 2 Cups Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Butter
- 1 tsp vanilla or almond extract
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- Mix all these ingredients in a pot over medium heat. When it comes to a LOW boil – reduce heat and time it for a minute then add to oat mixture.
- 3 Cups Rolled Oats
- 1 Cup unsweetened medium Coconut
- 6 Tbsp Cocoa
- Mix all together in big bowl. Drop teaspoon size blobs on wax paper and let harden.
