Ingredients
- 4 cups ahi raw tuna, cubed
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped; save some sliced for garnish
- 1/4 cup green onion, minced; save some chopped for garnish
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon sesame oil
- 3 tablespoon white truffle oil
- Hawaiian salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon black pepper

Step 1
Season Ahi with Hawaiian salt, mix well. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Chill well and enjoy!
