- 2 TBSP Chives - chopped
- 1/4 Cup Fresh Parsly - chopped
- 1/2 Lb Fresh Mushrooms - sliced
- 4 Chicken Breasts
- 1/2 Cup Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Poultry Seasoning

Preparation
Step 1
Mix Chives, Parsley and Mushrooms; put them into a plastic baking bag. Place the chicken on the mushrooms; pour lemon juice over it, then sprinkle with onion powder, paprika and poultry seasoning. Place the bag of chicken and seasonings into a baking dish; cover and bake at 325` for about 35 minutes, until chicken is done. If more juice is desired, add 1/2 cup water.
