Ingredients

  • 1/4 C. Ground Flax
  • 1 tsp. Baking Powder
  • 2 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. Coconut Oil
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Packet Sweetener
  • Optional: 2 tsp. Chopped Walnuts

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients into coffee mug. Mix well. Microwave for 50 seconds. Muffin will come out of mug easily. Slice and butter.
