Slow Cooker Savory Pot Roast

Ingredients

  • 1 can (10.75) Golden Mushroom soup
  • 1 pouch Campbell's Dry Onion Soup and Recipe Mix
  • 6 medium potatoes, cut into quarters (6 c)
  • 6 medium carrots, cut into 2-in pieces (3 c)
  • 3 1/2-4 lb. boneless beef bottom round roast or chuck

Preparation

Step 1

Stir mushroom soup, onion soup mix, potatoes and carrots in crock pot. Add beef and turn to coat.
Cover and cook on LOW for 8-9 hours, or until beef is fork tender.
