Preparation
Step 1
Cook penne in boiling salted water according to package directions. Toss pasta with Parmesan, parsley, and oil. Season pasta with salt and pepper.
(Bolognese is the perfect sauce for these noodles, but this pasta dish is so simple and so good that you may want to make it a meal by itself.)
