
Ingredients
- 2 fried chicken breasts choppped
- 1 1/2 jalpeno peppers minced
- 1/2 small green pepper
- 2 or 3 green onions, green parts also chopped
- 3 ribs of celery chopped fine
- 1 cup maonnaise
- salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Place all ingredients in medium size bowl and mix lightly together until well combined.
Serve on bed of lettuce with items of your choice.
Serve with hard boiled eggs, or deviled eggs and canned drained navy beans on top of salad if desired. Also canned drained pears would be good with it.
Fry chicken breasts in just one coating of flour seasoned with cajun seasoning and salt and pepper.
