  • 2-4 lb. rump roast, fat trimmed
  • 1 can beef broth
  • 1 can French onion soup
  • 1 can beer or another can beef broth
  • Buns

Preparation

Step 1

Put everything in a crock pot on low, cook all day. Remove roast and slice thin, then put back in broth for 30 min. before serving. Serve on bread or mashed potatoes with juice for dipping.
