Salmon Patties

Ingredients

  • Optional Ingredients:
  • 1 regular can of Salmon (boned)
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 TBSP Flour
  • Minced Onion
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Add to patties prior to frying

Preparation

Step 1

Remove bones from Salmon. Mix above ingredients in bowl making sure it is well blended. Shape into patties about 4 to 5 inches in diameter. Place patties into preheated skillet containing melted butter. Fry till brown.
The more butter used will result in a crispier crust. Serve as a lunchtime snack or with fries.
