- 1 c Uncooked Instant Rice
- 1/2 c Onion chopped
- 1 tsp minced Garlic
- 1/2 tsp Thyme
- 8 oz Sliced Mushrooms
- 1/2 c White Wine
- 1 c Chix broth
- 1/2 c Parm Cheese
- 1/4 c Parsley

Preparation
Step 1
Saute onion, garlic, thyme & shrooms 5 min.
Add Chix, cook 4 min.
Add wine, S&P cook until wine evaporates
Add rice & broth
Boil-cover-reduce heat 5 min.
Add parm cheese & parsley
