Chicken Enchilada Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 chicken, boiled, skinned, boned & cut to bite size
  • 1 c shredded cheese
  • 1 c mushroom soup
  • 1 sm. onion, chopped
  • 1 can Old El Paso Enchil. Sauce, mild
  • 1/2 t. garlic salt
  • 1 can chopped green chiles (optional)
  • 1 pkg. dip size Fritos
  • 1 c. chicken broth

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all but Fritos and broth, mix well. In a casserole dish, layer Fritos, chicken mixture, Fritos & mixture. Pour broth over all. Bake @ 350 for 30 mins.
