Two Lettuce Salad

Ingredients

• 1 head Butter Crisp lettuce
• 1 head Red Oak leaf lettuce
• 1 sweet red pepper diced
• 2 cucumbers sliced
• 3 oz goat cheese
• Dressing
• 2 T lemon juice
• 2 T olive oil
• Salt & Pepper

Whisk lemon juice and olive oil together and pour over rest of ingredients.
