- 1 cup salsa
- 2 cups cooked brown rice
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F degrees. In a medium bowl, combine the beans, rice, salsa; transfer to a 2-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with the cheese and bake uncovered until the mixture is heated through and the cheese is melted, about 20 minutes.
