The Ultimate Thanksgiving Leftover Grilled Cheese

Yep. This is the ultimate Thanksgiving leftovers sandwich. Turkey and cranberries are grilled with provolone and pepper jack cheeses to have a sweet and slightly spicy grilled cheese. Mmmmm.
Ingredients
- 2 very large slices of bread
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 large slice leftover turkey
- 2 ounces pepperjack cheese
- 2 ounces provolone cheese
- 2 tablespoons cranberry sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Butter one side of each slice of bread using 1 tablespoon of the butter. Place provolone on top, then pepperjack, then cranberry sauce. Place turkey and other slice of bread on top, butter side out (if you like the turkey to be hot, heat it a little before putting it on the sandwich).
Melt remaining butter in a skillet over medium-low heat. Place sandwich on the skillet and let it cook slowly until golden-brown on the bottom, about 3 minutes. Flip onto other side and continue to cook until both sides are browned. Slice in half and enjoy!
