Ingredients
- 8 c. chicken broth
- 2 1/2 c. bean soup mix, sorted, rinsed
- 4-5 chopped carrots
- 3 chopped stalks celery
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 tbs tomato paste
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 14oz diced tomatoes, undrained
Preparation
Step 1
In 5- to 6-quart slow cooker, mix all ingredients except tomatoes. Cover; cook on Low heat setting 8 to 10 hours. Stir in tomatoes. Increase heat setting to high; cover and cook about 15 minutes longer or until hot.
