Ingredients
- 2 lbs. beef (cut up cubed steak or beef tips)
- 2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
- 1 cup of 7-up, or other lemon-lime carbonated drink
Preparation
Step 1
Place meat and mushrooms in slow cooker. Combine soup, soup mix and soda; pour over meat. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours
