Ingredients
- 2.5 Lb Chicken Breasts
- 2 tsp Butter or margarine
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Paprika
- Lemon Juice
- Parsley - snipped
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425`
Remove skin from chicken. Split breasts.
Place chicken in ungreased baking pan.
Spread 1 tsp soft butter on each chicken piece.
Sprinkle with salt and paprika
Drizzle with lemon juice.
Bake, uncovered, for 35-45 minutes, until tender.
Sprinkle with snipped parsley.
Serves 2
