Ingredients
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 t. vanilla extract
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 t. baking powder
- 1/2 t. baking soda
- 1 T. water
- 1/2 t. salt
- 2-1/2 T. baking cocoa
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
- 3/4 c. zucchini, shredded
- 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, blend together all ingredients except chocolate chips. Spread batter in a greased 8"x8" baking pan; sprinkle batter with chocolate chips.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Cool before cutting into bars.
Makes one dozen.
