Potato Pancake

Used my food processor with the bottom metal spin blade.

Ingredients

  • 3 potatoes
  • Mrs. Dash with Garlic
  • Seasoned Salt
  • Cooking Oil

Preparation

Step 1

Peel potatoes and cut in half or quarters then place them into food processor.

Pulse it for about 3 or 4 times and check that it is all chopped

Heat a little oil in pan on medium high
(Don't put too much oil in pan otherwise potato pancake will get soggy and fall apart when you try to flip it)

Put potato mixture and spread evenly and let it cook for about 5 minutes each side or until golden brown.
