  • 無塩奶油 2條(226g)
  • cream cheese 3oz(85g)
  • 糖 1杯(180g)
  • 低筋麵粉 2.5杯(300g)
  • 蛋黃 1個
  • 香草精1t

Preparation

Step 1

1. 奶油和cream cheese先放在室温下回軟.

2. 把奶油.cream cheese和糖混合打發,約4分鐘.

3. 接著加入蛋黃及香草精攪打均勻.

4. 加入過篩的低筋麵粉.

5. 輕拌均勻.(麵糰是軟的,介於糰跟糊之間)

6. 裝入擠花袋,擠出想要的大小和圖案,建議不要擠太大,可以縮短烤的時間,也比較不容易烤焦.

7. 用180度C或360度F烤約13-15分鐘.

小叮嚀:

**餅乾麵糊不要擠太大,擠出的麵糊如有尖角,可用手將它壓平,尖端部分會烤焦.

**擠出的麵糊大小會影響烤的時間,請自行調整,原食譜用375度F(190度C),我覺得底部上色太快,所以我降低温度而多烤一會兒.

**我有個習慣,每次烤好餅乾,我喜歡趁熱,拿張廚房紙巾,墊在餅乾下面吸油,等餅乾涼了,再將紙拿開,你會發現紙上面吸了好多的油,墊紙會讓底部較乾爽外,還可少吃點油,這是我的經驗,你們可以參考看看.
