- 1 can black beans
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 can garbanzo beans
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved or quartered
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp chopped parsley

Preparation
Step 1
1. In a large bowl, combine beans, tomatoes and celery
2. in a small bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients and toss with the bean mixture to coat.
