Ingredients
- 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 3 2-oz. pkgs. sliced corned beef, finely chopped
- 2 c. sauerkraut, drained and chopped
- 16-oz. bottle Thousand Island salad dressing
- tortilla chips or round buttery
- crackers
Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl, mix together all ingredients except chips and crackers. Transfer to a lightly greased 8"x8" baking pan.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until dip is heated through. Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
Makes 2 dozen servings.
