Zesty Italian Chicken

Ingredients

• 3-4 Chicken Breasts
• 1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
• 1/4 cup zesty Italian dressing
• 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
• 1 tablespoons chopped fresh oregano
• 1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Place chicken in ungreased rectangular pan.

Mix remaining ingredients; brush half of mayonnaise mixture on chicken. Cover and bake 30 minutes. Turn chicken; brush with remaining mayonnaise mixture. Bake uncovered about 30 minutes longer or until juice of chicken is no longer pink when centers of thickest pieces are cut. (If chicken browns too quickly, cover with aluminum foil.)
