  • 1 1/2 T. corn flour (I used corn meal)
  • 4 1/2 t. chili powder
  • 1/2 t. onion powder
  • 1/2 t. garlic powder
  • 1/2 t. seasoned salt
  • 1/2 t. paprika
  • 1/4 t. cumin
  • 1/2 t. garlic salt
  • 1/4 t. brown sugar
  • 1 t. dried minced onion
  • 1/2 t. beef bouillon granules
  • 1/4 t. cayenne pepper
  • 1- 1 1/3 lbs. ground beef
  • 1 cup water

Step 1

Combine all the spices in a bowl. Start browning the ground beef, breaking up with a spatula as you go. Stir in the seasoning and the water. Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer, and cook about 20 minutes until most of the liquid is gone. Serve in tacos, nachos, burritos, etc.
