Restaurant-Style Taco Meat

Adding water at the beginning of this recipe yields a more restaurant style consistency.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 T. corn flour (I used corn meal)
- 4 1/2 t. chili powder
- 1/2 t. onion powder
- 1/2 t. garlic powder
- 1/2 t. seasoned salt
- 1/2 t. paprika
- 1/4 t. cumin
- 1/2 t. garlic salt
- 1/4 t. brown sugar
- 1 t. dried minced onion
- 1/2 t. beef bouillon granules
- 1/4 t. cayenne pepper
- 1- 1 1/3 lbs. ground beef
- 1 cup water

Step 1
Combine all the spices in a bowl. Start browning the ground beef, breaking up with a spatula as you go. Stir in the seasoning and the water. Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer, and cook about 20 minutes until most of the liquid is gone. Serve in tacos, nachos, burritos, etc.
