- 1 bag of frozen petite beans
- 1 small to medium onion
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Chopped curly parsley

Boil water and add petite beans. Do not cook longer than directions, or even cook ½ minute to 1 minute less. Drain.
In the meantime cut onion into very fine pieces. Fry onion in olive oil. Do not use too much as it will make the beans soggy, but do not use to little as that will make the not allow the onion to cook properly. Heat the oil on high to medium/high heat and once you add the onion lower the heat to medium. Fry the onion until golden. Add the drained petite beans. Lower the heat and add salt and pepper to taste. Add the chopped parsley. Stir everything and let simmer for a while.
