Chilled Vegetable Pizza

This chilled vegetable pizza makes a great light lunch or dinner, or a party appetizer that your friends and family will love!

Ingredients

  • 2 packages Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
  • 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 package Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar
  • Mixed vegetables, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Press crescent rolls onto large, ungreased jelly roll pan. Bake at 375°F for 10 minutes. Let crust cool completely.

Combine cream cheese, sour cream, and dressing mix and beat until smooth. Spread mixture over cooled crust. Sprinkle on vegetables and cheese. Cover and chill for 1 hour. Cut into squares and serve.
