Ingredients
- 1 pounds swai fillets
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Place fish in a shallow baking dish; set aside. Combine Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, garlic, paprika and pepper in large bowl; mix well. Pour over fish and marinate in refrigerator for 2 hours.
Preheat grill or broiler. Transfer fish to large sheet of heavy aluminum foil.
Fold up sides to form a rim; pour marinade over the fish. Grill or broil in foil for about 5 minutes flip broil for another 5 minutes or until fish flakes when tested with fork at the thickest part.
