Whipped Cream - Peach Schnapps

Use with cakes or topping for desserts.

Ingredients

• 1 c. whipping cream
• 2 T. sugar
• 2 T. peach schnapps

Preparation

Step 1

Whip cream until medium soft peaks form. Add sugar and peach schnapps and continue beating until blended.

Spread on top of cake and garnish with fresh berries.

Slice cake in layers and spread Peach cream between layers and then top with the whipped cream.
