Ingredients
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
- 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 lime rinds
- 3/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 7 egg yolks
- 2 14 oz cans sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup key lime juice
- 2 lime rinds
- whipped cream
Preparation
Step 1
Sauted pecans in butter. Place nuts, and butter in food processor add the crumbs lime peel cinnamon and sugar. Press into a 10 inch pie plate
Beta eggs at high spped for 5 minutes. Slowly add sweetened condensed milk and lime juice. Pour into crust.
Bake on a pan at 300 for 20 25 minutes.
Pie is done when knife comes out clean.
