Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream (2 Quarts)

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 2 Cups Whole Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 T Vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon Extract

Preparation

Step 1

Beat effs and sugar until fluffy. Add cream, mix together on low. Add vanilla and lemon extract. Empty this into freezer, and rise bowl with milk. Freeze in 2 quart capacity ice cream freezer for 25 minutes or until firm.
