  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 oz melted butter
  • 3 cups sifted flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 tsp b powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups blueberries

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350F

Beat together the eggs and sugar, until the mixture loses it's granular constancy, about 3-4 minutes. add milk and melted butter. Sift together flour, salt, and baking powder; add to the liquid ingredients on low speed. Add vanilla. Mix until just just combined. Don't worry about the clumps. Toss blueberries in a little flour and add them to the batter. Pour into greased a 9x5 loaf pan.
