• Vodka or gin
• orange peels, lemon peels, tangerine peels, or lime peels

Preparation

Step 1

Lightly scrub your citrus fruit before peeling for another use.

Place the peel in a sealable container and cover with the vodka or gin, seal and leave sit at room temp for 2-4 weeks to infuse.

Use in any cocktail that calls for citrus flavored gin or vodka.
