Ingredients
- 3 med yellow squash
- 3 stalks celery
- 2 med carrots
- 1 bunch broccoli flowerets
- 1 tbs oil
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Garlic powder to taste
- 1 tbs Minced fresh parsley
Preparation
Step 1
Cut squash, celery, and carrots into 3 by ¼ inch strips. Sauté the vegetables in oil for 3- 4 minutes until tender crisp. Sprinkle with seasonings and toss well. Garnish with parsley.
