Beef Ribs PD's

Ingredients
- 3 pounds baby back ribs
- 1 (12-ounce) bottle beer
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons ancho chili powder
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 2 teaspoons garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon round black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
- Paula Deen's Moppin' Sauce

Step 1
Rinse ribs, and pat dry. Place ribs in an oven roasting bag, and pour beef over ribs; seal bag tightly. Place ribs on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake for 1 hour. Remove from oven, and cool for 30 minutes. Remove ribs from roasting bag; brush ribs with mustard.
In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, chili powder, paprika, garlic salt, black pepper, and red pepper. Sprinkle brown sugar mixture evenly over both sides of ribs. Place ribs, meaty side down, on the grill. Grill ribs, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat (350 to 400 degrees) for 15 minutes. Turn ribs, and brush with Paula Deen Moppin' Sauce. Cover, and cook for 15 minutes. Brush with sauce, turn ribs, and brush with sauce again; cook for 5 minutes.
