Ingredients
- 1 head red leaf lettuce
- 4 oz mozzarella cheese
- 2 sliced tomatoes
- 4 oz sliced mushrooms
- Chopped fresh basil leaves
- Favorite vinaigrette dressing
Preparation
Step 1
Slice cheese ¼ inch thick then cut into triangles. Arrange lettuce and cheese on 6 salad plates. Top each with tomato slices, mushroom slices and sprinkle with basil. Serve with vinaigrette.
